"Apartment was very spacious with everything needed for a comfortable stay, close walking distance to major attractions, restaurants and the train station. We felt very welcomed on arrival, the host gave us a map of the area listing attractions and best local restaurants."

"For a couple, this was a well-equipped and spacious apartment for an extended stay. We appreciated the clean and modern bathroom with a rain shower or handheld shower option. The kitchen includes a 3-burner induction range, combo microwave/convection oven, sink and small dishwasher, as well as dishes, cutlery and other necessities. While the neighbourhood is lively, we only noticed street noise on weekend evenings, since the windows are not on busy streets. We successfully used our own Netflix account on the TV. We enjoyed the many restaurants in the nearby Place St Michel, and shopping at the Marche des Capucins for groceries, as well as a Carrefour within 10 min walk and the proximity to the St Michel tram stop as well as shopping on St Catherine and Porte Dijeaux."

"Some pots and pans weren’t the best for conducting heat on the induction range, making first attempts at cooking a little frustrating. We weren’t given a tour of the apartment when we got the key, so a few things required sorting out over WhatsApp, and our main contact only spoke French, which was OK but did require using Google Translate."

"The flat was renovated. It had plenty of storage. Clean floors and bathroom. Comfortable beds. The host was very kind and responsive."

"The area seemed rundown and a bit unsafe. One evening we were coming back and we witnessed police arresting people. Another night, we woke up to a fight outside. Our friends who are locals even commented that it was not the best area. They insisted on driving us back after dinner instead of us taking public transport and walking."

"Очень уютная квартира в 10-12 минутах ходьбы от старого города. Чистая , просторная и очень светлая. Управляющая Катерина - очень обаятельная и дружелюбная женщина. Встретила нас, все показала- рассказала, написала на карте куда на сходить, а куда ходить не стоит, дала еще пару советов и оставила нам ключи. Жилье подойдет для 3 или 4 человек. Одна спальня и диван-кровать к гостиной. Спать было достаточно удобно. Интернет просто летал! На кухне было все необходимое. В 3 минутах ходьбы есть пекарня и магазин Carrefure."

"Узкая крутая лестница на 2-й этаж - неудобно поднимать и спускать громоздкий багаж. Душевая штанга расшатана. Очень шумно по утрам, когда едет уборочная машина. Гладильная доска маленькая и неудобная, В нише, где ее можно поставить, темно."

"La ubicación en zona tranquila, cerca del tranvia y del centro historico. Catherine fue muy amable explicandonos todo lo que se puede hacer en la ciudad. Pedimos permiso para salir un poco mas tarde el ultimo día y no nos puesieron pegas. El apartamento está muy completo para 4 personas con mucha vajilla y todo lo necesario para una estancia a gusto. Tiene una habitación independiente pero está muy bien que el sofa-cama se pueda independizar también del resto de la zona de estar con cortinas. Al tener otro sofá no es necesario cerrarlo durante el dia."
